Delicious Fish Recipe











Ingredients :-


Garlic cloves, crushed                                            2
Virgin olive oil                                                       2 tablespoons
One swordfish steak                                              2 ¼-pound
Furthermore the swordfish steak would be about 1 ¾ inches thick and cut into 6 portions
Salt                                                                          ½ teaspoon
Black pepper                                                           ¼ teaspoon
Lemon juice                                                             ¼ cup
Drained capers                                                         3 tablespoons
Chopped parsley                                                      1 tablespoon
Dried oregano                                                          1 teaspoon


Procedure :- 


First of all heat the garlic and oil together in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the oil is hot and the garlic is lightly browned and very fragrant, about 2 minutes. Remove and discard the garlic.
Now  season the swordfish with the salt and pepper. Add to the skillet and cook until the underside is lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Turn and brown the other side, about 3 minutes more.
Now the lat step is to pour the lemon juice and 2 tablespoons water over the swordfish. Sprinkle the capers, parsley, and oregano over the fish. Cover and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook until the fish is just opaque when pierced with the tip of a sharp knife, about 5 minutes more.
The delicious swordfish is ready.
